This week in Toronto concerts: NXNE, Ray LaMontagne, Phoenix

Dominating the Toronto music scene for the next week and a bit is NXNE which kicks off all over the city starting Friday.  Getting geared up for the big festival, Ray LaMontagne plays Massey Hall tonight and Phoenix is at the Sound Academy tomorrow.
