The second annual Toronto Urban Roots Festival takes place July 4th-6th at Fort York.The first batch of bands have been announced, including headliners Sam Roberts Band and Neutral Milk Hotel. I have to say that Sam Roberts isn't exactly an inspiring pick. I'll be leaving early that night for sure.
