Snailhouse's Michael Feuerstack to release new album "Tambourine Death Bed"

The name Michael Feuerstack may not be immediately familiar to you, but if you spend much time with Canadian indie music you're likely aware of his alias Snailhouse.  On May 7th Feuerstack (say that ten times fast) is dropping the moniker and releasing an album under his own name.

Tambourine Death Bed (which sounds like an excruciating way to die) sees guest contributions from Colin Stetson, Little Scream, members of Islands and Arcade Fire, and other Montreal artists.

Listen to the first track, "Bones In the River", here:

Michael Feuerstack plays The Piston in Toronto on May 23rd.
