Even the web URL asks Who's Lamma? Well, Lamma is a Toronto-based hip hop artist on the verge of releasing his debut mixtape. The mixtape, Inauguration (great title for a debut), drops on July 1st. In the meantime he's posted a promo video for one of the cuts "Smooth Mellow".
