Mouse On Mars to returns with "Parastrophics"

Electronic heavyweights Mouse On Mars are breaking a lengthy silence with a new studio album.  Parastrophics, out February 28th, is the duo's tenth album and first in six years.

Don't worry, I have no idea what the album title means either.
