It's not just the big cities in Ontario that get the festivals. As we've seen with Hillside in Guelph and Wolfe Island outside of Kingston, smaller cities can host very successful music festivals as well.
So step right up North Bay. July 31st-August 2nd will see the home of Mike Harris host the North Rocks The Bay Festival. The show takes place on the city's waterfront.
