Animal Collective announce new album date

Indie darlings (whom for the record I am not a fan of) Animal Collective have set a release date for their new album.  

The 11-track Merriweather Post Pavilion will be available January 20th.

Hopefully it won't be as overplayed or generally unlistenable than their last effort.
